BEACH training...wahahaha

finish my two days and one night of beach training
it is tiring but enjoyable
actually i, tat, cs and riyat only four representatives of MMU karate club
the others 64 members come from the Cheng Dojo and Master Arif Dojo
and i think seven or eight master were in charge in this training
this is the first time i experienced my life with three races-chinese, indian and malay
we chat with each others and met some indian friend include the opponent in the last
tournament. Although we are the enemy in the tournament, but we are the very best friend at the back. We have a chat and he introduces his other indian friends to me
haha. i really enjoy it so much
actually one of the factor tat makes me so enjoyable because i have received my results one day before and it releases my tension of worrying it..

hopefully i will be attend next year training in Pulau Redang ( just a plan from master)
hope it comes true!!

tournament plus final exam

everyday i try to dig up some times to
train my stamina
push up for 60 times
sit up for 60 times
and of coz my priority still on my cuming final exam
jiayou jiayou for me.....

how japanese facing the disaster

i am extremely amazed by the japanese patience and civility.
It is really a role model for us
a role model that can change the development of the country

They keep faith on their government
and they know that they will finally get the food somehow
500 food for 500 citizen
no food will be stolen in the end
Malaysian, please wake up and learn from others.....

The greatest night for ARSENAL U DESERVE IT

I have seen football for eleven years if not mistaken and 

this is one of the greatest night for arsenal.

ARsenal beat the world best team- BARCELONA

Arsenal, you have shown what you can really achieve 

and silverware is not far from you!!!

This two teams play same type of ball which is called total football,

 the real football which all the team admire!!

Not all the team can play this type of football unless you have the greatest players and greatest coach

Good job arsenal....

Although you dint get any silverware since four years ago, 

i still support you becoz you play the football that i like
